Every feature should improve the quality of the demo.
I’m constantly thinking about two of Chamath’s three rules: deliver the wow moment as quick as possible and as often as possible.
The sooner we’re able to convey our product's value, the sooner our potential customer is thinking “I’m in”. That level of early conviction will make any bumps experienced later in the demo much smoother to get over.
After so many demos, I can see the wow factor reactions getting stronger over time. Removing opportunities to say no and delivering wows. That’s my goal.
