Intercom Is Sick

Integrated Intercom into Arcade today and WOW it's cool.

Honestly, I usually find it annoying on website landing pages because it serves as a sales tool for companies and provides no benefit for a majority of site visitors. However in an authenticated app like Arcade, where we know who the user is, it provides such an easy avenue for customer support.

A user can ask a question and everyone on our team will be notified (through email, Slack, whatever) and be able to answer as quick as we see it.

This is where I can see the tool being very useful for customers. Instant customer support. And damn, it feels good using a tool that can save me so much development time.

That's where I want Arcade to be: a no-brainer decision that'll add a ton of value for developers and designers.
