One Year Since March
One year since quarantine started.
One year since I spent my last days living on a college campus.
One year since I separated from my first serious girlfriend.
One year since I moved back home.
One year since I've last seen so many of my friends.
One year since I stopped drinking liquor.
One year since I met one of my co-founders.
One year since challenging myself to exercise happiness. Not wait for it.

Needless to say it's been a roller-coaster of a year. March is when it all started. When this month began last year, I never could've predicted how much would change in the coming 12 months.
I barely recognize who I was this time last year. I've learned so much about myself and who I want to be. I've learned to be grateful. To see the upsides. To enjoy where I am and not where I might be. To challenge my answer each time I'm about to say yes or no. To be better.
This year, from March 2020 to March 2021, has been transformative for me. There were a ton of ups and downs, but I'm thankful for it. It's been a period of growth, priming me for the challenges ahead and my next steps in life.
One year ago I was lost—I didn't know what kind of man I wanted to be or even could be. Now I know.
